A silly Arnica question ...

I'm due to have a c-section tomorrow and have an Arnica mix to take after the birth. Is it ok to take one today just to check that they don't make me feel sick or anything? Ridiculous I know but I have to ask!! TIA

Thanks MamaG ... no idea what time. Have to be in for 8am. Am a bit nervous ... and it's twins so the fun and games will start proper tomorrow!

AFAIK with arnica it is more effective if you start taking it before the event anyway. So go for it. I have heard it really works.

all the best for tomorrow

Wow twins!

Start taking it today. Shouldn't make you sick I don't think as is homeopathic innit? but will put your mind at rest. And carry on taking it properly afterwards - really helped me heal after a bit of a tear last time. The people at Neal's Yard shops (and on phone) are brilliant at advice on this sort of thing. Good luck with the birth of your baby, and congratulations!

Thanks everyone ... I'll give it a go now!
