Second sweep success stories?

Due to have my second sweep today at 41+3, second baby (yes I can't believe I'm this far over!!)
Had my first sweep at 41+1 with a bishop score of 6, said I was 2cm dilated. Since then I've been wearing a pad as I've had quite a lot of bloody show and mucus plug, unfortunately no other signs such as cramping, backache or contractions.

Hoping someone out there has some positive sweep stories to keep me sane, realising I only have a few more days of trying a more natural approach without intervention and it's breaking my heart.

Clinging onto the fact I've lost a lot of mucus plug and I'm so far over...

My 2nd and 3rd baby both needed a second sweep to entice them out, at about the same gestation as you. Both were born within 12hrs. (I had quick labours with all of mine)

Nothing felt different for a few hours then I got mild period pains, like the ones I get a couple of days before my period starts. Then the contractions started.
Keep the faith, hope you're cuddling your bundle of joy very soon.

@TemporaryCarer thank you for your response, it did make me feel better and hopeful over the weekend.
Unfortunately my second sweep didn't come to anything, did increase my bishop score but at 41+5 still no baby
