Hypnobirthing podcasts

Hello! I really want to look into hypnobirthing, but there aren’t any classes near me. Does anyone know of any/would recommend any online courses or podcasts? Thanks!

We used the calm birth school. It was lockdown so classes irl weren't available. You got prerecorded videos to watch together (it is really important the birth partner knows the techniques too) and a book to read. It did the job really well, but you do have to practise too so be prepared for that. I wouldn't have laboured without it!

Is it normal? With Jessie Ware - not strictly hypnobirthing but they are all really good to listen to and very informative! 3rd baby over here and I still found them all very interesting and ‘comforting’
