No period after c section

Hello everyone
I had a c section 10 weeks ago I never really bled or had a period but had noticed my cervix feels sore and had a tiny spot of blood a few weeks ago and then another spotting today.
Is this normal?

It sounds normal, periods after birth can come back any time really, by friend hasn’t had one for a year. I unfortunately resumed my periods after two months mine, despite breastfeeding!

If something isn’t feeling right to you though, I would contact your doctor just for a check up.

Also has anyone experienced abdominal and lower back pain after c section?
It's been 10 weeks and today it feels like IBS it's so uncomfortable. Feel as though I'm falling apart 😄

10 weeks is still early days. Maybe your period is coming soon if you're having abdominal pain, backache and spotting. Does it feel anything like your period coming? The first one can be painful and heavy. Mine came around 3 months postnatal, also had a c section. Some women just have very light bleeding postnatally so the fact that you didn't have much bleeding isn't unheard of.
