Just wondering if anyone has any good or bad experiences of either of these? Thanks.

Are you new to area - most locals have their preference!!!!

This might help www.birthchoiceuk.com/BirthChoiceUKFrame.htm?www.birthchoiceuk.com/Trusts/RP5.htm

Y ou have the choice of Sheffield and Lincoln as well.....but depends on how far you have to travel
Both of my children born at BDGH (Worksop) - can't compare with anywhere else - but with #2 was on a ward by myself for 4 days.....was told you know what you're doing it's your 2nd .....that might be but there was a 12 yr gap between them!

Had lots of choice during birth - had low tech room, minimal intervention etc much beter than 1st time round, they are also v suportive of home birth for first time mums

Drs were awful 2nd time (amazing first time), midwife team in hospital were great during birth but only intersted in new mums after. Can't fault home care afterwards though the midwives were fantastic.

Good luck
