doula in London?

Does anyone have recommendations for a doula in the London area? I'm new to London and so don't have many friends to ask. (I also get the sense that doulas are a little less common here than where I'm from, NYC? ) I've contacted a few people but no luck so far with my dates (Oct). Any help would be great!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Mars is in London so if she couldn't do it she could give you contact info for someone that could. Someone else should be along soon.

look on www.doula.org.uk there is a find a doula page. I cant help as I am booked. Mars is away for a week, but try her www.mammydoula.co.uk, not sure if she is booked or not.

Hi Theory

I used Stacia Smales Hill (she is on the doula.org.uk site) and she was absolutely fabulous - I can't say enough how great she was. I had a bit of a tricky birth, and she was amazing - I know DH really appreciated having her there.

Unfortunately I have now moved back to NZ so won't be able to use her with next baby.

i was going to recommend hertsnessex or marslady, i see they are already recommended !! x
