Induction problems!! Any advice

Hello All,

Hoping for some anxiety calming advice as I cannot find anything online.

I was induced yesterday afternoon with the propes peccary but my body is not accepting it. They are concerned that it is failing but will not give me any more info
In the course of 14 hours I have had two peccary fall out and now they do not want to put another one in.

The first one just worked itself lose and was irritating me for a while. the second one I have not even had in four hours and it just slid out while I went to the loo.

Honestly starting to panic now.

Our story is similar to mine except my stalling was due to combo of consultant strike and no room on labour ward when I was ready to be transferred. The exhaustion from being on the ward for 4 days before even attempting labour then having an EMCS, did colour my first experiences as a new mum, so take as much help as you can if you find this plays on your mind, talk to people as honestly as you can, try (if you can 😅) to get sleep as much as possible as it just added to my blues after having my son x

I went in to be induced and they couldn't use the pessarys or gels as my cervix had already started to dilate.

We skipped straight to the drip ans they popped my waters. 6 hours later my beautiful baby boy was born.

All will be ok. There're further options after the pessarys. Hope all goes well and congratulations xx
