Tens machine from natures gate- what is the ideal channel setting for onset of labour?

The Tens I have has channels and it says I am to boost as labour pains get more painful

On the first channel, I dont feel anything and I get up to channel4 before I feel anything at all and then it is not pins and needles but a slight pulsing

Does anyone know what I should be aiming for and what setting is good to start off on?

Hiya,

I used the Natures Gate Tens. I think you are supposed to turn it up to a point where you can feel the pulsing/tingling but it is comfortable. This will be different for everyone I imagine. Then, when you get a contraction, hold the booster button in until the contraction has completely finished. It definitely helped take my mind off the contractions for a while.

Wishing you lots of luck!
