Was having some pink discharge this morning but this seems a bit much? I'm having contractions on and off since last night.

Yes. Definitely mucous plug (Midwife here). There is more than you think and if can just keep coming. It does look quite watery though on the tissue. Do you feel like you are leaking any fluid? May be a good idea to put a pad on and keep an eye on it.
