Did anybody experience really bad health anxiety or just anxiety in general after emergency c-section and baby going straight to nicu?

Yes I did and it has continued since the EMCS 15 months ago.

Yes, 2 emc and after second one which was more traumatic and baby in NICU I felt quite shocked for weeks after. My birth reflections appointment helped quite a lot and also time was a healer
