Infected c section wound?

Had a c section two weeks ago and went to my midwife appointment and mention that the knot st the end of the dissolvable stitches was still there and she took it out for me.

this was a couple of days ago and since then there's been a patch of white there, doesn't drip or anything but goes away in shower and then is soon there after. What shall I do ? is this an infection? Feel well otherwise

Sorry if images are TMI.
I have increased pain slightly so asked husband to take picture of scar so I could have a look.
one side looks completely different to the other is the one side looking infected and open? or is this normal healing?
any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I had this at one end of my wound where the knot was. It took ages to heal.

I ended up going to day unit a couple of times, and had a course of antibiotics. It started to look better. But then I had a similar thing to you where it looked a bit red and looked like white pus which would wash away. I went to the GP and he said it wasn't infected and healing fluid can look like that. I left it and kept it clean and dry and it got better over time

Unfortunately it's hard to know without a medical opinion. I was overly cautious as my first csection took so long to heal due to infection. Could you get MDU or GP to take a look?
