So! Pregnant with my 4th. First two were spontaneous vaginal deliveries. 3rd was a c-section as she was tied to the cord and wouldn't descent. This was only 16 months ago. Due this month so will probably be having a c-section. Only this time I know what to expect and I'm more nervous about it. Is it better or worse 2nd time round?

When can I expect to be able to lift baby No3 who is still so little?

I had 4 sections (in six years!). I think the later ones were easier as I remembered how quickly I got over the first etc. I think I started picking up older siblings after 3 weeks or so. I was driving after two weeks as it was either drive the kids to school or walk them up a very steep hill.
