How do i take care of my c section scar.Its in the worst place under a fold of skin that i sweat very badly down there.Its impossible to keep dry.I wash once a day before bed and dry .But no mater how much i pat dry it gets super sweaty .I had my section on the 13th.Its still weepy and i dont know how else to try keep it clean .

Talcum powder? Or sudocrem? But advice from your midwife your best bet, assuming you've not been discharged. Or GP if you have.

I used to fold my shirt under the hanging skin so the scar got some air (I hope).

Try placing a sanitary towel against it during the day, it will help soak up any of the sweat, but just be sure to change it often if you're sweating a lot. Also maybe try showering twice a day, morning and night, and after your shower just lay on the bed for 10-15 minutes and let the air get to it to dry it out properly before getting dressed/up. If it's weeping I'd be calling the midwife. I'm two weeks post section and haven't had any weeping. And I believe that's a sign of infection. X
