Hi everyone , I'm expecting my first baby after multiple failed rounds of IVF I recently relocated to Dubai but want to travel in the 6th month to give birth at the Lindo Wing. Please if someone can guide me about their recent experience at the Lindo Wing if you can recommend a good Consultant please?

Message one of the royals they'll give you the low down 😂

Just bare in mind if God forbid something goes wrong you'll be straight to the NHS to fix it.

Yes that's one of the reasons for selecting Lindo wing because it's linked to a major NHS hospital and a specialist neonatal care unit they can respond to any issues 24 hours a day,

Is the care you want not available in Dubai?

I highly recommend Lorin Lakasing. She is simply excellent . The level of care and monitoring was exceptional. There is a tunnel linking the Lindo to the main hospital so if any issues with baby and need NICU they get there v quickly. Good luck

I've got friends who have used tariq miskry and Karen Joash at Lindo and been very happy with them. I was under Bryony Jones at Queen Charlotte and I think she does Lindo too. I ended up having my baby at the local hospital though as baby came early and quick but when i was in hospital and panicking she was so wonderful and supportive, checked in on me and talked me through what was happening. Didn't even charge me for it and gave me all my deposit back. she was really great.
