C section wound

Hi just wondering what I could put on my wound, I have had my pico dressing off now for 3 days and my wound is slightly red in one place, the MW has swooped it and sent away.

woukd tea tree oil help? Or what has anyone else used and how? Thanks

I think you should just leave it as putting anything on it when so sore and is such early stages may introduce unwanted bacteria.

wait for swab results as you may need antibiotics or a antifungal cream anyway.
