Barnet or north mid??

Hello, I'm recently pregnant and have been asked by my GP to choose a hospital. My sister in law has had a good experience at. North Middlesex but they've recently been rated inadequate. Barnet hasn't been rated (from what I can see) for a long time - but this is the one that's closer to me. I'm really stuck with which to register with and this is my first pregnancy so am a bit lost! Anyone have recent experiences of either? X

Had both my girls at Barnet. The care during the birth itself was great. However the post natal care was a bit limited. The babies got good care but they constantly forgot my meds etc and I needed to ask for them every time....but i think they're all a bit like that

Barnet is the best of those 2.

my surgical team were utterly fantastic both times.
i really couldn’t fault them.

there are some decent midwives in Victoria ward but generally the care is abysmal.
just try and get out and home as fast as you can
