Crapping myself about c section next week..

Due to my have my second elective section next week and the last one I had was 9 years ago & I had a bad experience post surgery.
The birth and hospital stay was fine baby girl was fine but I had my wound open up 3 days postpartum and had to have a hole in my stomach packed for 4 months.

I feel so anxious around giving birth, meeting my new baby and the after math I know all women have fears but I know I need to calm down but right now I'm feeling terrified 😣

Post op care has moved on a lot. Ask for a pico dressing, they are amazing little devices that really help the healing process. Hopefully all will go well and you’ll be tucked up at home before you know it. Sending lots of unmumsnetty hugs
