Recommendation for 'relaxation' CDs/DVDs to help with Childbirth?

Does any one know of any relaxation/new-agey/alternative therapy type CDs/DVDs that are specifically aimed at helping in childbirth (sorry if this sounds a bit vague!)

I've looked in to doing courses of a similar nature but just can't afford them at the moment. I'd like to at least try and get in the right mindset for giving birth, even if I may be deluding myself!

I had a horrible time giving birth to DS1 and would like to approach it more positively this time!

I'm 27 weeks preg now.

Thanks

Hypnobirthing, The Mongan (sp?) Method - get the book with free CD from Amamzon I think. Brilliant! Had it on all through dd's birth.

Have a look at Natal Hypnotherapy as well.

if you like the natal hypnotherapy site, post again here, as i have the 'birth in hospital' (had a home birth just to be contrary!) full set of pre, birth and post natal along with birth music cd. i remember it was about 45-50 quid, would be happy to sell to you for 20 quid. think i still have the booklet that comes with!major help for me with both my births, really excellent.

Thanks Drama and Merryberry. I really appreciate you introducing me to this site-exactly what I was looking for. I shall read it in more detail over the weekend.
