wind pains/constant hunger or afterpains?

hello, gave birth on sunday evening and since coming home, and stopping my pain relief i've been having really bad pains all over my 'bump' area.

wondered if it was hunger/wind pains as i didn't eat for about 24 hours while in labour and not that much the day before. however they seem to be worse after feeding ds so was wondering if these were afterpains? they kind of feel like a sharp shooting pain.

if they are is there anything i can do to help ease them? sorry for so many questions but first baby and don't have a clue about this!!

thank you xx

I dont remember getting them when i had dd1 but omg the after pains when i had dd2 were awful.
I seem to remember them lasting about a week. The midwives advised me to take Paracetamol then 2 hours later Ibuprofen.

Hope the pains go soon
