Early signs of labour or not???Unsure can't remember/

Hi people,I am due to give birth in 1 week and have gone a bit 'shaky' tonight and am having those sudden sharp pains in my groin which temporarily make me unable to move,I think I remember from before that they may be called lightening?? but even though I have done this twice before I cannot really establish the physical feelings I am having.Baby quite active so no sign of 'slowing down' yet.Back aching a fair bit too nothing else so far DD1-on due date, dd2 12 days and induction..........

Just bumping you, really. I had two false starts with #3. #1 was 12 days, induced, #2 2 days overdue, and with #3 I had two false starts (contractions started then stopped) on due date and three days later, he arrived one week late. I know it doesn't help at all. Sorry. Back ache sounds hopeful tho?

having this as i type- am one week late, due to have sweep tomorrow...this is my second and it's been on and off for weeks. First pregnancy, there was none of this and i was induced at 10 days over. Upshot of this is I have no idea!

I know how frustrating it is. I've had cramps on and off for 3 weeks now and yesterday had them really bad. This was combined with shooting pains in my back. However, I have woken up this morning feeling fine again. Wish this labour malarky would just start.

I got lots of those stabing pains and lower back pains that started about a week before i went into labour. Have u had a show or any b/h like contractions in the last week or so?

Hi have been too busy to post but all the above gone away now, just 5 days to go,fed up anxious and unable to do very much!Will keep you posted.Thanks guys for responses,either way I guss it will be over in the next 2 weeks-POSSIBLY!
