Portland vs Kensington Wing

Hi there, I saw a similar thread but would really appreciate experiences of Portland or KW for birth. They look very similar prices in terms of packages and the only difference I can see is the NICU at Portland is payable after three days. I’m mindful Portland has high dependency unit for adults rather than intense care unit.
Is there anything else I am missing?
Did anyone have unexpected costs added to the packages at either hospital?
thanks in advance

No idea on either of those two sorry @HelloIamBelle. Does either of them have NiCU, just in case baby needs it?
