I am 7 months pp and ended up having a c-section. I've noticed an increase in gastro issues since the section, mainly manifesting as lower stomach pain which comes on particularly at night. I'm experiencing it today and have also noticed that it almost feels like my lower stomach and pelvis are bubbling/ vibrating all the way down to the incision. I've had this before. It's such an odd sensation, anyone else? Any idea what causes it?

Not quite like that, although I would say it’s lower stomach pain. From 9months pp after C-section I have been having intense cramps that I think might be my bowel. I need to go to the toilet for a number 2 usually when it happens. It usually happens first thing in the morning about 20 minutes after being up and feeding ds. It’s not every day but maybe 4/7 days a week.

I am now 16 months pp and it has decreased. I still have this on occasion but I can go weeks sometimes. I have just stopped taking the mini pill a few months ago so maybe having cycles again has either helped or shifted it so I focus on period cramps again.
