Is it called Harrogate general?

I am considering a change of plan and was wondering about ditching leeds in favour of Harrogate

Would this be wise?

Any birth stories from therein

I would be grateful of any input

Thanks

Hi,
I also work in Harrogate, the hospital is lovely as are the staff. However I am due in June and have decided to deliver at LGI, mainly because Harrogate has no SCBU, and nofacilities for water birth (you can bob about in the pool, but have to get out to deliver). I doubt you are any more likely to get an epidural there than any other hospital.

Hiya, Harrogate does have SCBU, but no NICU.
