I'm 34 wks pg with no. 2.
I have not thought about the birth at all.
With pfb I was obsessed and had everything prepared and thought through etc (for all the good it did )
I need to get organised. Last night I made a list which included the following
- Do some exercise (bit late now!)
- Perineal massage ?
- Raspberry leaf capsules ?
- Tour of hospital (dd was born at different hospital so I want to see round the place)
- Read up about bf as it did not go well last time and I want to improve chances
- Hospital bag no later than 36 wks
- Childcare for dd
- Birth plan
Have I forgotten anything? Is there anything you did which really helped when it came to the crunch?
