I’m really worried my c section wound is infected the midwife swabbed it and said she wasn’t concerned but my anxiety is flying all over the place

Yes I would say that’s infected, just going by what mine looked like when infected. Does it feel hot or even more so?
Personally I would phone your maternity triage to get checked over, failing that then the gp to get checked.

It does look a bit gooey. Good news is it looks like a really nice aligning job by the surgeon and think that will heal really nicely once you get some treatment for the infection.

Definitely give your doctors a ring, I had ongoing issues with mine and ended up seeing the nurse there a few times and got it sorted. My community midwives were shockingly bad though so I wouldn't have trusted them with dealing with it properly.
