Hi, you should just be able to Google resources but would also recommend The Positive Birth Company and The Birth Uprising - both on social media.

Positive birth company - the book is virtually the same as the online course and will be cheaper. They often do big discounts on the online course as well.

Worth trying your local library, also there are Maggie howell hypnobirthing books on Vinted and other stuff
