So this is NOT a thread asking about losing weight but rather I’m curious about how long - if at all - it took for your feet to shrink back to their pre-pregnancy shoe size? I’m 4weeks pp and not yet back into my clothes (and not that bothered) but feel quite devastated at the thought of having to rebuild my shoe collection from scratch!

(I know this is the pinnacle of First World Problems and is irrelevant next to the incredible achievement of creating life, etc)

Mine didn't change size with either of my 2 pregnancies

I moved up half a shoe size and never went back. Think my arches flattened. It's annoying!

Mine didn’t change, but friends who didn’t never went back. Sorry….

My rib cage is like that. It’s no fatter than pre pregnancy, but it’s noticeably wider.

A wise midwife once reminded me that being post partum is for life.

Good thing babies are cute, hey.

Never did - went from 8 to 9.

My feet got a bit bigger by maybe a size but I don't think it lasted long afterwards. I am definitely back to normal size now, a couple of years later.

Mine got bigger. Back to normal by about 3 months pp

I went from 7-8 in pregnancy, now back to a large 7/7.5. Some of my prenatal stilettos are still in their boxes, I can't bring myself to sell them even though they don't fit Sad

Never! Sorry
