Is it worth going to triage?

Hi everyone,
I'm 38 weeks and 4 days and lost my mucus plug a few days ago. I'm 1 cm dilated and since then I eve experienced abdominal pain that lost from thirty minutes to an hour at a time, painful enough to wake me up or make me vomit, but no contractions.
I also feel a lot of pressure down by butt area.

Is it normal or should I call triage?

Thank you

If ever you're unsure, I'd go and get checked. It's just easier that way!

Yes , call them , but see how long you can cope at home before going in .

I would get checked, doesn't sound like how contractions usually start.

Glad your being seen, sometimes it the waters pushing down causing all the pressure and can make you dilate before you know it
