Red lump after labial tear stitches dissolved

Hi,
Had a VBAC birth 6 weeks ago, 2nd degree labial tear on both sides. 3weeks in and stitches were mostly dissolved and a red lump started to appear, now it’s grown in size (would say slightly bigger than a pea) feels bigger a bit sore and itchy to touch but stitches are fully dissolved (as far as I can see).
Also have been doing my pelvic floor exercises, is it normal to feel sore after doing them?

thank you!

Sad. Came to your post for answers so can only respond saying I had my 2nd baby too, tore the same way and same degree and have exactly what you describe with unbelievable pelvic pain 3 months on. I had a third degree tear with my first and it was nothing on this. I went to the GP who quote said “seems to just be the way the persons stitched you” so I have a private gynaecology appointment because I can’t settle for that and I honestly can’t see how I’m supposed to have sex ever again really haha. I hope you got answers and are healing better!
