It's 4.50am and have been having contractions since 10pm. Currently they seem to be every 3 minutes and I'm already struggling. I'm expecting it to be a long one - both other CS were for failure to progress after many hours of frequent contractions and very little dilation. DH is asleep, I want him to be as rested as possible and I can't even find doula's phone number. how disorganised am I? Tried having a bath but felt very uncomfortable and contractions slowed down a lot. Went to bed and then they really kicked off. Please wish me luck. I so want to avoid another CS.

Brilliant Well done

Take things easy after your PPH, you might feel okay but you can very quickly tire - I had a bad one after DS & it was a good few weeks before I felt "normal" again. Would feel fine & set off for a walk only to feel completely knackered after 100yds!
