C section belt/belly band recommendations?

Hi, I'll be having my 3rd section soon and I've seen a few people recommend these and I am wondering does anyone have any specific recommendations? My local pharmacies and boots seem to have the belt ones with heat and cooling pads? Or do you think a belly binding one would be better? I ended up with a slipped disc after my last section so I'm keen on back support and also have a 2 year old who loves to throw himself at me so want protection for that. There are so many with such different prices any advice is gratefully received.

Thanks

Macom medical compression garments! I used foam insert this helps massively with lymphatic drainage. It also provides extra support and protection around your wound and acts as a layer between you and your baby when you are holding/feeding etc. I held this in place with the belly binder then compression leggings on top of this for 6 weeks. I have been left with no c section pouch. If you contact Macom they will advise you on the best garments to suit your needs.

I bought a charcoal one from from Amazon and also wore compression leggings over the top. As with PP, healed quickly and no overhang.

Lola & Lykke belly band was my absolute saviour after c section. Not cheap but good resale value.
