I have had three scans so far. 20 weeks, 31 weeks and 33 weks another scan nbext week at 36 weeks. every one so far has but baby at the 97th centile. DD was induced at 41 weeks and was ventouse as she got a bit stuck at her shoulders. she was only 8lbs. I know size (weight) doesnt nes influence shoulders getting stuck. but on previous scan option of beng induced early was suggested. Having been induced with dd1 and not wanting to be again i spent a couple of weesk getting my head around this option. did that only to go in to seee docs yeaterday and be told no decisoin will be made.. preference is for c section above induction. etc... to add the piullock jnr reg i saw then said baby was breech. i know he isnt and fortunately had to have anti d shot from mid wife afetr so told her my anxieties and she was great checked baby and def not breech. so she suggested i have what ever choice i want to take...my worries are that
1/ go for induction and it fails.. is this more or less likely when previous induction was ok?
2/ I wait full term and the scan they will want to do at 40 weeks shows baby is over 4.7kg and the hospitals policy then is to give c section? will be frowned upon as totally mad if i ask for trial of induced labour as well as feeling terrified!
3/ I hope for spontaneous labour as baby gets bigger and bigger. My gut feeling is it didnt happen last time why should it happen this time?
4/ I previously had an APH with DD so the hospital are reluctant to let me go too far over.
so just feel a bit lost about what to do for the best.
any suggestions?

Can you make a double appointment with your midwife so that you have a decent amount of time to talk all these options through and find whats best for you?

Im sorry I cant help more but you really need to speak to someone in a decent position to be able to advise I think.

Id really want to have a good chat so I completely understood what the options and risks were, and what would suit me best.

Good Luck xx
