Reflexology for inducing labour??

I'm 41 weeks pregnant and facing induction next week. I want to avoid induction, but at the same time really want to get the show on the road ASAP!

Anyone any success stories / or not of trying reflexology to induce Labour naturally?

No experience, but I totally understand the desire. I hope it works!

I think reflexology is great for inducing labour. My friend has had it throughout all 4 pregnancies and had early, non complicated labors. With my first I had it once for swollen feet and then booked a second appt but baby came before that appt so I always thought the lady was very effective. This time I have gone for reflexology every month since 12 weeks... I'm not 38+2 and have been twice this week but nothing yet...

@MixedCouple2 I didn't need an appt after all. I went into labour naturally on 17th December (which was a Sunday, I was planning on calling a few reflexologists on the monday) and had a baby boy on 19th December after a longgg labour. I would have been induced on 20th so he arrived just in time!
