Back to back baby on 90th centile

I am currently 38wks with 3rd baby, which was 8lbs on growth scan a few days ago & on 90th centile. Position is back to back & im in panic mode.
My other 2 babies were also big & both born between 85-90 centile so pretty sure this one's measurements aren't wrong. Neither were back to back tho.
I know I can handle a bigger baby but now totally freaked out by the double risks of a big back to back baby. I turned down an induction at my due date, feels this adds more risks.
Im pretty sure I already have a degree of bladder & bowel prolapse & petrified of how i could be after this labour if positions don't change. Equally petrified of a C-section.

Any advice on large back to back babies. I know it can turn during labour.
It was engaged 3 wks ago & the pain was immense, thought I'd a broken tail bone. Dreading it being engaged again & the pain returning with labour pain on top.

My first baby was back to back and only found out 2 days into an induction at 39+2, 11 hours into the drip, the back pain was horrendous, although I didn’t take any pain relief. I thought that was just how labour felt as it was my first. I demanded an emcs when an internal exam hurt like hell through the back pain when they told me I was only 1cm so 100% think you are doing the right thing turning induction down! Sorry I am not
much more help! I am 24 weeks with my 2nd and seriously considering an elcs as my induction experience was awful but still in 2 minds. It definitely can be done, just not in my case! Good luck x

Awh thanks!
Definitely want to avoid a drip! Might give the midwives a ring & see if I can talk through my worries with them !
