Hi, I had DD a month ago and I bled for 2 weeks and on the third week the bleeding stopped. On this 4th week however I've started spotting (very light). At first I thought it could be the start of a period (this is my third baby and with my previous ones my periods came back very early), but the bleeding hasn't increased after a day so I don't think this is a period. I'm a bit paranoid about if this could be an early pregnancy sign, I've been careful but I'm still waiting to get on contraceptive. Can postpartum bleeding (lochia) come and go like this?
