More on baby positions: Left or right, does it make a lot of difference?

My baby is currently lying in a Right Occiput Anterior position - head down and spine lying down the right hand side of my belly.

I know it's best if they lie on the left side.

I've been clicking around Spinning Babies and can't find much on the difference between right / left lie.

Can anyone tell me anything?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Left is morwe common - right is fine though. The important thing is the baby is anterior.

Oh that's good to know.

It was explained to me why left is better than right, but it's obviously not a huge issue as I'm not able to find out much about it.
