Did you have an epidural with vbac?

Really nervous and would love to hear all stories

Yes had VBAC with epidural was my favourite birth if I'm honest. Epidural in place first then waters broken. Baby was back to back but didn't feel a thing. Delivered face up in three pushes with no assistance after six hours labour. Went home six hours later.

Had an epidural for my first which resulted in EMCS (not connected to epidural). My second was a VBAC and I asked for an epidural when I walked into the delivery room as I was struggling with the pain but I had no idea how far on I was and DS was born within 20 mins of my arrival.
My opinion on epidural has always been no one walks into the dentist and says I want to try and have this tooth out naturally!
