I live quite remotely and these are my closest two hospitals. Does anyone have any recent experience? I’m likely to require a c-section if that makes any difference.

thank you

I’ll recommend Bradford. I had two babies there, one in 2015 and the other in March. In March I gave birth at 29 weeks and the care me and baby received was brilliant. Their neonatal should you ever need it is brilliant as it’s a high care hospital. Hopefully you shouldn’t need it. They looked after me and baby for 6 weeks. The breastfeeding consultants are amazing.

My SIL gave birth at Calderdale and she said they sent her home constantly when she was close to labour and she was messed about a bit but that’s only what’s she’s told be about it.

Goodluck!
