4th degree tear, 8 months on, do you find thongs or g strings hurt?

hi, 4th degree tears when dd was born 8 months ago, im bottom still feels a bit sore, but yesterday went to a christening a wore a nice dress i didnt fancy wearing big pants with such a nice dress so i put on a thong type thing, anyway it really felt sore, prhaps it was rubbing against the scar?
i was glad to get home and get those pants off !

anyone else found this ?

I had a bad third degree, five years ago.

I was lucky in that it healed very well and didn't give me too much pain, BUT I still sometimes feel a bit tender if pressure goes in the wrong place. So after 8 months, it could well still be a bit sensitive I reckon.

Maybe you need to treat yourself to some really pretty french knickers. Keep the pressure off for a bit longer

think it took about a year for me to stop feeling pain every day, i'm now 4 years later and have no problems at all

thanks napa, bloody horrible isnt it,oh well doesnt hurt so much today,
