When does your hospital induce for overdue?

Hi all just wondered what everyone else’s hospital does for induction of labour. My hospital policy is to induce at 41+4 which seemed a little late to me although I would like my body to have a chance itself to go into natural labour. I just imagined that if the process took a while or had to be rearranged you could be 42 weeks before anything happened.
curious to see what other hospitals do.

Ours is 41+5 so it's a fairly standard gestation to induce at. If it got delayed and you went over 42 weeks you would be monitored with ctgs and scans if necessary.

Thanks @Nursemumma92 thats reassuring to read. I’m a second time mum and was induced at 41 weeks last time so not sure why they changed it!
