Hi folks can anyone tell me how long I am going to be 'losing' for? My LO is one month tomoro and I have been bleeding continually since the birth. Much lighter now, but the bleeding has gone bright red again. Could this be a period? (I'm breastfeeding so I doubt that) thanks!

I bled for just over 6 weeks (it finally stopped just before my 6 week check up). It's really annoying to bleed for so long, isn't it?
Red blood can sometimes be a sign that you're over-doing it, could that be the case?
