Cramps keeping me awake tonight

38+3 had sex tonight and since then I’ve had cramps coming and going. I can’t sleep at all I took some paracetamol and a hot water bottle but it’s done nothing. Hoping I can fall asleep soon as I’m knackered…. No back ache just lower pelvic area cramping up on and off regretting having sex now 😂

I had this cramping in the last weeks of my pg so I sympathise. If you can sleep in the day tomorrow to catch up on sleep when the cramping stops.

No it’s my second but I didn’t have this with the last one I didn’t have any twinges and I went ten days over.
Hoping to catch up on sleep during the day DH is blissfully fast asleep just now lucky bugger

Ah ok! I had it with both babies. Really regret with number 1 not catching up on sleep during the day as when I went into labour I was so tired. The cramping kept happening at night but not in day time.

Hopefully you can sleep a bit tomorrow..

My second was born on his due date. Also went ten days over with first.
