Thought I was ill, but is this just the warm-up?

I'm nearly 37 weeks and have been feeling nauseous and backachey all day. Have upset tummy as well. Went for monitoring this afternoon as LO was quiet (he's fine) but the midwife did say I was having A LOT of BH. Is it possible that this is just my body warming uo as opposed to illness? I don't feel fluey, just a bit...periody. Can you tell that this is my first?

It could well be the start, but just to warn you there is a nasty tummy bug going round at the moment.

It could be the start, but im sorry to add i was like this for weeks before i popped.

I was getting regular/irregular period pains and tightnings, pressure feelings, backpain, diarrhea and lots of show for at least 3 weeks before.
But i ds did come 2 days early!

Same as above. Had diarrhea and more and more tightenings 2 wks before dd was born.
I tried the bad boy pot noddle and had nookie with dh at 39 wks because I was bored of waiting and hey presto, contractions started staright away!

I tried loads in the last 2 weeks, but the day before and the day labour kicked off, i pushed myself to go for a walk (even though i was the size of a house and i couldnt walk far). So i think that was what done it for me. And lots of bouncing on my birthing ball!

Now add sore boobs to the list. Am assuming this is a hormonal shift and to just forget about it as much as possible.
