I gave birth 3, nearly 4 weeks ago. I’ve had some cramps in my lower left back and the odd twinge in my stomach but today I started sharp/crampy left sided pain what I can only associate with ovulation pain but slightly more painful. I’m breastfeeding as well. Could it be ovulation? I’ve read all sorts about infections etc and I did have a UTI after birth and took antibiotics for that. I’m going to phone doctors in the morning but wanted some advice while I wait as I have health anxiety so worried about this sort of stuff. Thanks.
