What books/CDs/DVDs should I buy about natural birth?

I'm not going to be able to get to NCT classes, so I wondered which books or DVDs etc I could buy which cover the same ground eg breathing techniques, natural childbirth etc. I am 27 weeks PG.

I have found the Lamaze International book - Giving Birth With Confidence.. is this the best one or are there others I could try too?

you could contact TAMBA and see if they have any specific recommendations for twin birth?

i know can ask my friend who is an antenatal teacher, if she has any recommendations?

I second T2M's Ina May's Guide suggestion, I found it inspiring. Avoid Childbirth Without Fear as it is very dull indeed.

Can I also put a word in for antenatal yoga? Good for keeping you less stressed during pregnancy as well as teaching you techniques for the birth.

Thanks for your replies. I am doing pregnancy Pilates so hopefully that will help. I could end up with a section anyway but if not I am sure these books will help!

If you find out anything else Lulumama - let me know!
