Always hungry and not even breastfeeding!

Anyone else have this?
Baby is nearly 3 weeks and I'm soooo hungry. I'm a normal BMI and gained a little bit in pregnancy which I'm now trying to shift through walking and eating a bit better. But I didn't think I'd feel THIS hungry. Could it be hormones?

Yes DD is now 13 weeks and for the first 10 I was eating us out of house and home. I think it's slowed down now but I wasn't breast feeding either. I wonder if it's boredom eating by being in the house and just finding it something to do. Definitely a thing though. I had a tooth out Monday so I'd made up for it by not being able to eat properly since Saturday!

I started making myself plain pasta just to fill me up when I felt cravings.

Is it sleep deprivation? If always find in hungrier and crave sugary foods if I’ve had a bad nights sleep and been up a lot with DD.

Did you lose a lot of blood? I was breastfeeding but low iron def contributed to me being a bottomless pit for the first few months!
Either way, your body’s been through a lot, 3 weeks in I suggest you just feed yourself what you feel you need at this point!
