Home birth in Lincolnshire

I have just found out I am pregnant, and having had a homebirth with my last child would like to have this one at home too.

I just wondered what the policy is in Lincolnshire, if anyone has been refused a home birth, or had a successful home birth in Lincolnshire.

I had my previous births in Wiltshire and realise there may be differences between health authorities.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Congrats on your pregnancy

Have you come across the homebirth yahoo group? I think it was founded by Angela Horn, who runs the homebirth website, and there's a pretty wide ranging community of mothers and midwives that believe in homebirthing (some passionately ). I don't remember anyone asking a regional question that they haven't been able to answer.

good luck

congratulations moodywren.
I was going to point you in the direction of these two sites as well. They are really useful/informative.

Goodluck.
