So..I've googled this and found nothing..
Does anybody know the answer?

I'm booked for an elective C section at the end of next month..
I may be moving house to a location an hour and a half away from the hospital I'm booked with.. what do I do? Will I still be offered the elective but with a different hospital?
Anybody been in this boat?

Nothing will change unless you ask them to.

You choose the hospital, it's not like a catchment area.

Well I couldn't choose my hospital. I was given a choice of two but the nearest was often closed it's maternity as very busy so opted for the other (which ironically did close a couple hours after I showed up ten days before section scheduled as my waters broke).
So what you need to do is ring and ask!

Also worth thinking about what you'll do if you go into labour before the section date.

@Greybeardy that was a big thought..I mean on my notes it states if that happens I would like an emergency C..hoping that the new hospital will comply.. what's your thoughts?
