When did you DTD after CS?

Surprised to find myself climbing the walls 4 weeks pp after an emergency CS. I was expecting my sex drive to be dead but it returned after 3 weeks.

I feel ok and have stopped bleeding but I don't know what's going on internally so I'm trying to be sensible. DP doesn't want to hurt me but did ask if there was much of a difference between waiting 5 weeks and 6 weeks.

As far as I remember DD was 3 weeks old. No pain or any issues with the section wound. It was a planned section though and the recovery for me was very quick and easy.

How are you feeling? Can you log relative heavy things without pain? Go for a short jog? Think we didn't till 8 weeks post partum, I wasnt at all in the mood.

Pretty sure we were 4-5 weeks pp after CS (3-4 weeks after VB). Took it very slowly agreed to stop if it hurt but was fine after both. Didn’t put any pressure on myself and just went with the flow.

We waited 4 weeks. Medical advice is wait 6 weeks. I didn't expect it to feel as tight/uncomfortable as it did so it was likely a little too early. Took a few weeks to get back to completely normal.

The advice to wait is so you dont rupture or cause damage to your healing wound. So be careful!
