Back ache / pain next to shoulder blade

Hi I gave birth 5 days ago and I started to get an awful ache behind my left boob when my milk came in , i have been cleared of any clots but I was just wondered if anyone had the same ache afterwards, I also started getting a sore throat and cough around the same time ( I had LOTS of gas and air) so hopefully it's just that.

When you say youve been cleared of any clots, what do you mean ? First thing I thought of was a pulmonary embolism, so has that been ruled out ?

Yeah I had a v/q scan and xray all clear , doctors say obs are all good too , I'm thinking torn muscle
